Info: Ilya Vilnits is a New York State Licensed Architect and a LEED Accredited Professional with over 9 years of residential, hotel and office architecture experience. He is also currently a project architect at the award winning Skidmore Ownings and Merrill where he has worked on international projects in India and the Middle East. Prior to joining Skidmore Owings and Merrill, Mr Vilnits was a project manager for 5 years at Scarano Architects, a local Brooklyn Architecture firm. He has a Bachelors of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute and a Master in Real Estate Development from NYU Schack School of Real Estate. Ilya is a long time Manhattan resident.
